Discover the best of Amboseli National Park on a budget-friendly safari adventure. Located approximately 240 km southeast of Nairobi, Amboseli is one of Kenya’s most picturesque parks — world-renowned for its large herds of free-ranging elephants and breathtaking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. The park’s diverse ecosystem of swamps, savannah plains, and acacia woodlands hosts a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, cape buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and impalas, among others. Accommodation is provided in comfortable budget tented camps, offering an authentic bush experience close to nature.

ITINERARY
Depart Nairobi in the morning (around 7:00 a.m.) and drive through the scenic Athi Plains and Maasai countryside, arriving at Amboseli in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in this beautiful park, famous for its vast herds of elephants and striking backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to camp for dinner and overnight at Amboseli campsite.

Start your day with an early morning game drive (6:30 a.m.) for the best chance to see Mt. Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peaks and spot predators as they begin their morning hunt. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast, followed by leisure time or optional cultural visit to a Maasai village (at extra cost). In the afternoon, embark on another exciting game drive, exploring the park’s diverse wildlife and bird species. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli campsite.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive to capture the sunrise over Kilimanjaro and bid farewell to Amboseli’s wildlife. Later, depart for Nairobi or Arusha, arriving in the afternoon — marking the end of an unforgettable safari experience.
