This 4-day private safari covers three of Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife areas—Tarangire, the world-famous Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll enjoy private game drives, Big Five viewing opportunities, large elephant herds, predators, and stunning landscapes, all while staying in comfortable lodges or tented camps.

ITINERARY
Activities: Full-day private game drive. Pick up from Arusha after breakfast. Drive to Tarangire National Park, home of elephants, baobabs, lions, giraffes, zebras, and massive landscapes. Full-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the park. Afternoon game drive toward exit as animals gather around the Tarangire River. Accommodation: Tarangire Safari Lodge / Sangaiwe Tented Lodge or similar. Meals: Lunch & Dinner.
Drive time: 4–6 hours (with game drives en route). Activities: Afternoon Serengeti game drive. After breakfast, drive toward the Serengeti plains via the Ngorongoro highlands. Enter Serengeti and enjoy your first wildlife sightings: lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and endless herds of wildebeest & zebras. Afternoon game drive on the way to your lodge/tented camp. Accommodation: Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp / Tukaone Serengeti Camp or similar. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Activities: Morning & afternoon private game drives. Early morning game drive to catch predators when they are active. Explore central Serengeti (Seronera Valley), famous for big cats, elephants, hippos, buffalo, hyenas, and large bird species. Afternoon game drive with picnic lunch. Optional sunset photo moments. Accommodation: Serengeti Heritage / Tukaone Camp or similar. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Drive time: 3 hours to crater, 3–4 hours back to Arusha. Activities: Crater descent game drive & return to Arusha. After early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater, known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” for a 3–4 hour game drive. Excellent chance to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos (rare), and leopards (occasional). Picnic lunch at Hippo Pool. Afternoon drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening. Meals: Breakfast & Lunch.
